You know, the days just whizz by!
It seems I’m making a name for myself in high-school…unfortunatly that name is klutz. I fell down the bus steps on Friday and today I tripped over a cord and almost knocked a projector off of a table, luckily my math teacher has quick reflexes. Good for her.
While I love my Converse, they do not seem to help my coordination, not that I know any shoes that would. Wait! I lie! Does anyone remember those moon-walk shoes? I think those would help me greatly. I’ll get on that pronto.
One more school related anecdote, and then, I swear, we’re moving on.
Today was the first rehearsal of a new play I’m in, and my director is definitely someone I can take orders from. I had heard good things about her from my upperclassmen friends, but they all failed to mention her degree of awesomeness. She’s a Harry Potter fan!
When I walked in, slightly anxious, I had to sign in on a sheet, and what was hovering above it? Harry on a broomstick! I circle up for script-reading and she has a Ron blanket over her chair! I glance at her desk and a Hermione covered calendar is up on the wall!
My nerves have been appeased. I am in good hands.
I got the new Imogen Heap album. It may surprise you to learn that I do listen to other music besides Owl City, but Imogen happens to be another favorite. I got the deluxe version that has all the songs instrumental versions. I haven’t listened to the CD enough times to say anything definitive about favorites, but the two I’ve had on repeat are “The Fire” and “Canvas”.
I’ll write something more conclusive about that on a later date. Sorry, but this has basically been a catch-up entry; I’m actually not too happy with it, but whatcha gonna do?
‘Till next time!
